MOUNTAIN VIEW GOLF COURSE | GRAYSVILLE, ALABAMA

Mountain View Golf Course is a stunning 27-hole golf course nestled atop the ridges of
the Appalachian foothills, with each hole offering a panoramic view of the surrounding
mountains. The fairways are 419 Bermuda; and the Bermuda, TIF Dwarf greens are the
best.
The Course Mountain View is irrigated from the creeks and streams that run
throughout. The course is a par 72, slope is :113, and the rating is :69. Each hole position
is indicated by colored flags: red, white and blue. Built in 1991, Mountain View operates
as a semi-private course. In 2011, the course played 26,807 rounds, up 12,000 rounds in
2010. The course is located within 20 minutes of Birmingham.

Golf Carts The course has a beautiful brick covered cart house that can hold up to 114
golf carts. The cart facility is 50’ x 110’, All cart paths running throughout the course are
concrete, making it a smooth and spectacular ride while playing the course. The course
also provides a putting green. The course has four lakes and two creeks, irrigation is
automatic (valve in hand).

The maintenance building is located under the cart garage and is 50’ x 50’. All
construction is split brick faced and looks very uniformed.

Banquet Facility Mountain View also has a wonderful banquet facility that can
accommodate 200+ people for all types of events. The clubhouse is 60’ x 80’ and is fully
carpeted, and includes a pro shop.
